A&A Paving recently completed a project for me at my Seven Bridges facility in Woodridge, IL., which included milling,... resurfacing, basin repair, seal-coat, and striping. This is the 3rd major project on which I have partnered with A&A Paving. As in the past the A&A team was responsive to my needs, and delivered a quality project. Throughout the process they maintained clear and concise communications. I operate a 7 day a week facility and they worked with me to make sure my customers had continuous access to the building with minimal disruption to business.In my opinion, the measure of a companies competence is repeat business. My church has a very old 27,822 sq ft parking lot which has developed many cracks through the years. Some of the... asphalt was loose and was becoming a parking hazard.Based on recommendations from other satisfied customers and subsequent discussions with A&A Paving, it was apparent that A&A Paving was of the best value – and it turned out to be very true. The entire parking lot, plus one concrete pad, were smoothly installed in just one day. I appreciate A&A Paving’s professional service. A and A Paving and their employees has been a refreshing experience in working with contractors. It's incredible when... you find a company that does not require micromanagement to complete a job correctly and timely and they are it! Communication from the sales guys, site foreman, and workers on the job have been amazing. You will know where your job stands, when they will be doing each phase, the status of the job during and that it has been completed without the need to call and check up because they are on top of it the entire way. They truly care about their clients and quality of their work. They have mastered the quality and time scale too with great work being done very efficiently. I'm a property manager, and I had A&A Paving do some work at one of my HOAs. They excavated 3 catch basins and replaced... a bunch of the damaged sidewalk tiles. A&A did an excellent job on all projects.This company is super professional, and you can count on them to do what they say they're going to do. We had A&A remove and replace a 11,00 square foot section of our parking lot. The work started at about 7am and... completed by 3pm. It was actually enjoyable to watch as all of the workers moved in constant harmony with the machinery and hand work. There was no messing around with these guys. They had a job to do and they got it done quickly and efficiently with no flaws in the finished product. We also use A&A to sealcoat and stripe our parking spaces (366 spaces) and the finished product is always of good quality and workmanship. I would recommend anyone in need of paving, striping or sealcoating to use A&A.read more

Our homeowners association hired A&A to do an extensive project for us that included asphalt, cement, catch basin... repair, and sealcoating work. As the main point of contact from our HOA, I could not be more pleased with the work A&A did for us.Some items I would like to point out:- Everyone we worked with, from the bidding process through completion, was always so responsive. Each text, email or call made to them was responded to so quickly, and always with the highest level of professionalism- The detail work they did around our buffalo boxes, wiring and other obstacles was impeccable- A&A left the job site clean after each day's work, even going from garage to garage (we have 52 of them) to wipe off any spray that might have landed on a garage (there was little to no overspray)- We hired a quality control consultant to review the work on site and to take core samples of the asphalt and cement. The testing showed high quality pours and product. The representative from the QA company who was on site commented multiple times that the crew was doing first class work- They were always on time (early even)- Their pricing is competitive, and we felt we got real value for the cost of the work- I would like to give special recognition to Carson and Alec who project managed and supervised the work - they run a great crew and always showed a great level of professionalism; It was also good to work with Mario during the bidding process, and even their President, Todd, was accessible and answered our questions- They all showed great desire to make us a happy customer! A & A Paving did a stellar job of repairing our parking lot. They milled and resurfaced our lot that was 15 years old... with lots of heavy semi truck traffic on it and their team worked around our trucks coming and going at all times with little to no disruption to our day to day operations here, I can't say enough good things about A & A Paving! I highly recommend them for your next paving job large or small!! Great, professional job and they left absolutely nothing behind when they were finished! The video Nate provided along with his proposal was unique and very informative. He was very responsive to any... questions about the proposal when we were comparing to other proposals we received. When dates were agreed, the guys showed up early on day one to grind off the old layer and the following day to lay down the finish layer. The parking lot looks great and everyone was impressed! A&A did a super job paving my driveway. I did notice a surface appearance issue (I am really, really picky) that A&G... fully addressed at no small expense to the company. They are professional and responsive, through and through, and my driveway now looks as perfect as any I've ever seen. Our founder, Bob Olson, started this business by working in his dad’s painting business, painting lines on parking lots. With just a single striping machine, he turned that ‘first summer job’ so many years ago into the foundation for our company.
Since that time, A&A Paving has grown into an industry leader and an incredible place to work. Six decades and thousands of paving jobs later, our focus is still about taking care of each other, both inside and outside the company.
